Graham Dean British, b. 1951

This online exhibition presents a selection of works by significant artists exploring the human figure, spanning the past 115 years to the present. The human form has been central to artistic expression since prehistoric cave paintings, making it one of the most enduring subjects in art. This presentation includes paintings and sculptures by Milton Avery, Balthus, Dimitri German, Albert Gleizes, Baltasar Lobo, Henri Matisse, Morton Schamberg, Felix Treadwell, Boaz Vaadia, and Mayuka Yamamoto.

We presented our Summer Group Show under a previous gallery name. This curated selection featured works from some of the gallery's exciting contemporary artists.

The exhibition included works in a variety of mediums - paintings, works on paper, photographs, videos, and wall sculpture - by 13 artists represented by Modern Fine Art.

This is our first show in New York of Graham Dean’s evocative and striking watercolors, having shown his work regularly, and with great success, since 2004 in our London gallery. Dean has exhibited internationally for over 30 years and his work can be found in numerous private and public collections throughout the world. He lives and works in Brighton, England.
